More tuning parts are on the way from Tamiya! These hi-mount tube stabilizers are designed to sit up high on the front rollers to add stability to your Mini 4WD around the track. They rollers are made of POM, white and include all the mounting hardware.

Works with all Mini 4WD and Mini 4WD PRO kits.

The Gun Bluster XTO Light Blue Special was released by Tamiya to celebrate 25 years of Fully-Cowled racers. This kit comes with the special colors - light blue chassis and A-parts, clear polycarbonate Gun Bluster XTO body set, white spiral 6-spoke wheels and light blue hard, low-profile tires. Even the decal sheet gets an update!

The Tamiya Brocken Gigant Black Premium is back as a limited re-issue! This Black Premium version of the crazy Brocken Gigant was released to celebrate 25 years of Fully-Cowled racers and features a FM-A chassis molded in white ABS, the body in smoke, A-parts in black, low-friction POM, dark silver spiral-spoked wheels and red, low-profile tires. The decal sheet was also updated with a cool-looking camo-esque white, red and black theme.

It also has a standard 130-sized motor and 3.5:1 gear ratio

Tamiya is bringing back the Mini 4WD Maintenance Base, or work pad (less letters/words to type). This work mat can be used as a maintenance base (lol) for working on your Mini 4WD cars and has multiple small 'pockets' for holding items like motors, batteries, tape, screws, gears, shafts and so on.

It is molded in a black ATBC-PVC material with the Tamiya logo printed in the center.

Making its debut on the new ME chassis is the upcoming TYXIV. This kit is all ME, however the body is in collaboration with PDC Designworks and features a low-slung, design with unique, switchable fenders to allow both small and large diameter tires. The body can be run with the tinted cockpit (for better aerodynamics) or removed to reveal a driver figure.

The chassis and A parts are molded in white ABS plastic with fluorescent green additional parts. Small diameter 5-spoke, silver wheels are wrapped with black, super-hard low profile tires.

This is going to be a killer kit in the Box stock category!

About a week ago we reported on a new set of fluorescent chassis colors for the Super FM. Well, Tamiya has announced yet another set of fluorescent colors.

This set comes with 2 complete chassis sets in both pink and green:

All parts are molded in ABS and are compatible with all Super FM kits.

Two new motors are coming for the Mini 4WD kits. Ok, not really new-new - standard Atomic-Tuned 2 and Atomic-Tuned 2 PRO motors - but they both come with a 40th Anniversary decal on them to commemorate 40 years of Mini 4WD.

This motors will fit in all of the Mini 4WD cars (the PRO motors in the PRO kits only) and are great for smaller, fast tracks where some of the big-HP motors are just too fast.

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Mini 4WD, Tamiya is re-releasing, in a limited production run, the Dash-1 Emperor Mini 4WD kit. This kit will replicate the original, however it now comes with different material wheels and updated packaging.

I actually love the comical look of this and will, for sure, be adding at least one to my collection!

Tamiya's Grasshopper is not a new Mini 4WD car - it originally came to us with a white body and large diameter wheels and tires. The newest rendition, the Black Special, mixes that up a bit - metallic black ABS plastics, a smoked Grasshopper body, new decal set and a standard-sized set of super hard tires and fluorescent 12-spoke wheels.

In addition to being a good looking car, the new Black Special has just elevated itself to being a popular Box Stock entrant (the standard-sized wheels and tires will lower it down).

I'm excited about getting this one - have 2 on order - as it's become one of my favorite body sets!
